#3 - June 2010
Registration
Earlybird
registration is now over and around 300 of you could benefit from
it.
Authors
were asked to provide an "Enjoy registration number".
This number appears on the invoice sent after receipt of payment
by Enjoy registration service. This was the way for us to cross-check
registered participants list and authors list. But as a large amount
of registrations were made lately, many invoices have not been sent
yet. Therefore we had to find out another way to check the lists
so that you can forget about it as long as you have duly registered.
Nonetheless, if you are a co-author, or if you intend to present
a poster or a paper for a colleague, please let us know by email
to agro2010@agropolis.fr,
it will help us a lot to identify your abstract for publishing in
the proceedings.
If
you intend to register to the Thursday Symposium ONLY at Montpellier
SupAgro Campus, please fill out the specific
registration form to be returned to the Association
Française d'Agronomie before July 20th.
Programme
Detailed
programme with the oral contributions of all sessions has been updated.
Please do not hesitate to contact us for modifications or questions.
As you can see it is very attractive with diversified and high quality
contributions from all around the world. The Scientific Committee
has selected 147 oral contributions from 31 different countries
(11 from Europe, USA, Australia, Africa, South and Central America)
among the 511 papers submitted which represents 29 %.
Posters will be displayed during three days, with a specific poster
session on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and the best poster of
each session will be highlighted by the chair of each session. There
are still some oral presentations to be selected from these posters
for the round tables on the Monday sessions (the Scientific Committee
will make the selection with chairs and key notes of these sessions)
and for the ECAS workshop organized on Friday (this will be done
on the basis of the registrations on July 15th and invitations will
be sent directly by John Ingram).
Speakers
who still have not registered by now are invited to do it as soon
as possible for finalizing the programme.
The
proceedings will be sent to printer by mid July. It will concern
the papers having at least one author registered at this date. As
some of you have received the return from reviewers recently, the
deadline for sending the revised version of your paperfinal abstracts
to paper_agro2010@cirad.fr
is extended to July 8th.
