GUIDELINES
FOR ORAL AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS AT CORUM
ORAL
PRESENTATIONS
All
presentations must be in English.
Each
room will be equipped with a video-projector and a computer for
presentations.
You
have to go to the Joffre 5 preview room, located on level 1, after
the poster area, to give your presentation to the technician in
charge of uploading the files into the system. This room will be
open from Sunday August 29th, 2pm. You can also send it in advance
by email (stongly recommended for speakers of Monday session) to
m.rissons@gmail.com. You will have also computers available
in this room in case you need to modify your presentation.
Your
computer file must be handed over to the technician of the preview
room, on USB key, as far in advance as possible and two hours before
the beginning of each session at the latest. The presentation for
an early morning session should be handed over in the evening before.

Speakers should be in the conference room 15 minutes before the
beginning of their session and meet with the Chair. Please, follow
strictly the instructions of the Chair, especially regarding to
the time allotted to the speech: please do not go over the time
limit. Remember to speak directly into the microphone at a suitable
speed as not everybody is fluent in English !
POSTER
PRESENTATIONS - Joffre area / Citadelle lounge
There
will be dedicated poster sessions on Tuesday August 31st on Wednesday
September 1st at 2 pm. Your poster will be exhibited for the whole
duration of the congress in Joffre area for posters of all S2 session
and S3.1 sub-session and Citadelle Lounge for posters of sub-sessions
S3.2 and S3.3 and all S4 session. These areas are also the areas
for coffee breaks, so "informal" poster sessions will
be hold at the same time.

Posters
can be installed on Sunday August 29th, from 2pm to 7pm or Monday
August 30th, from 8am to 12am.
Poster
can be removed on Wednesday September 1st from 3pm, after the last
poster session, until 7pm. Authors of Thursday S4 session are invited
to display again their poster on Thursday September 2nd morning
at 8:00 am. at Montpellier SupAgro, in the hall of the auditorium
P. Lamour.
The organizers are not responsible for loss or damage to the posters
which are not removed by authors at the end of the congress.
Upon
arrival, after having collected your name tag from the Congress
registration desk, please report to the poster areas where members
of the organizing committee will help you to find the exact location
of your poster and provide you with the material to display your
poster.
The
available surface for your poster is adapted to A0 format:
• 118 cm (height) x 96 cm (width)
• 46.5 in (height) x 37.8 in (width)
The
panel is covered with burgundy Veltonyl material: you can fix your
poster with Velcro. Material to fix your poster to the
panel will be provided by the conference organization.
