Organisée dans le cadre de la première Conférence mondiale sur la recherche agricole pour le développement, l'exposition "Mundiamediterra" a été l'occasion d'un double parcours :
- scientifique, avec la mise en valeur, notamment à travers 55 projets de recherche emblématiques, de la grande diversité de la recherche agricole pour le développement pour faire face aux défis auxquels est confronté l'espace méditerranéen
- humain, avec de nombreuses opportunités de rencontres, d'échanges et d'expériences culturelles et artistiques.
